    Ethos

For over 16 years, Lauríel Rivera-Stone has supported women and families through birth, healing, and transformation. As an AfroBoricua ceremonialist, midwife, and ancestral wisdom keeper, she honors the body as a place of memory, power, and sacred knowing.

Trained at Birthwise Midwifery School and shaped by years of clinical and ceremonial care, Lauríel’s work has always centered informed consent, reverence, and the deep intelligence of the feminine body.

Now, her practice is expanding beyond clinical birth attendance into counseling, teaching, herbal education, rites of passage, and sacred gatherings. Through Awakening Traditions and Alma y Sol Botánica, she offers support for women who are ready to heal, learn, remember, and reconnect with themselves in deeper ways.

    Her offerings include:

    • Womb-centered mentorship.

    • Counseling and ceremonial healing.

    • Herbal education and custom support.

    • Preconception and pregnancy loss support.

    • Rites of passage ceremonies.

    • Classes, workshops, and retreats.

Lauríel continues to serve a small number of repeat homebirth families, while devoting more of her work to education, mentorship, and community care.

Reindigenizing womb work. Restoring feminine leadership. Remembering what was never meant to be forgotten.

From the Original Mothers & Sisters of the Earth

May we remember who we are.

May we hold each other through the becoming.

Here, we remember the wisdom that was never lost, only waiting to be reclaimed.
