About the event
Autumn is the season of truth-telling, release, and preparation. Just as the Earth begins to slow and shed, our own bodies mirror this rhythm through the premenstrual phase of our cycles. This is not a time of weakness, but of power, the moment when our deepest truths rise to the surface and we are called to discern what must stay and what must go.
In our modern world, this season is often rushed through or resisted, leaving many women feeling disconnected, irritable, or unmoored. But when honored, the inner autumn becomes a portal to wisdom, rest, and alignment with our natural cycles. It is where we reclaim boundaries, remember our needs, and prepare to enter winter’s deep rest with clarity and strength.
