Womb Healing Meditation: Breath, Sound & Ceremony

Join us for an intimate community gathering devoted to the healing and awakening of the womb. In this candlelit space, we will breathe, release, and soften into our bodies through guided breathwork, sound healing, and a deep womb-centered meditation. Together, we’ll create space to unravel tension, release old stories, and reconnect with the womb as the wise, sentient being she is a portal of creation, intuition, and power.

This evening will be guided by Lauríel Rivera-Stone midwife, birthworker, and womb mentor for over 16 years who has spent her life walking with women through birth, ceremony, and the sacred cycles of womanhood.

We will close with a cozy community tea ceremony, honoring the nourishment and rest our wombs call for. Bring a blanket, your journal, and your favorite mug for tea as we root into warmth, connection, and the medicine of sisterhood.
