Cycles of Empowerment is a six-month journey into understanding the womb, menstrual cycle, and hormones through both physiological education and sacred, ancestral wisdom. This program is designed to support women in reclaiming knowledge of their bodies, nourishing themselves through each phase of their cycle, and passing this wisdom on to the next generation.
