The Hands-On Workshop
Part Two of Birthing Wisdom takes everything we explored in the classroom and brings it into the body and into practice.
This experiential workshop is designed for pregnant mamas and their partners/support people to practice what labor and birth can actually look and feel like, from early labor through birth and the first moments postpartum.
Rather than simply talking about how to support someone in labor, we’re going to practice it. Move, touch, breathe, position, support, troubleshoot, and build confidence together.
